It cleans easily. Leaving no marks with just a steel sponge (which does not scratch it) and washing - up liquid. It catches fat/ oil at the bottom. Keeping it away from your food. Which you can clean off with paper & bin. It is non - toxic. And therfore has no toxic plastic "non - stick: coating. But nothing ever sticks to it! It is great.

Cheap price, but out performs most others on the market.
The best ever roasting tin I’ve ever had. Don’t waste money on those expensive none stick ones, they don’t last any time. This simple pressed steel roaster is all you need, perfect in the oven, you can even put it on a gas flame to brown a piece of meat or deglaze to get perfect gravy. Easy to clean, just a bit of washing liquid and boiling water left in it and any residue comes away after a bit of a soak.
