32" Resistance Training Bands (Portable Exercise Band System Training Bands- Great for Individuals Under 5'10")

Was looking for replacements for my UnderSun bands that broke and was unsuccessful until I came this seller on Amazon. They have a wide selection of bands so I placed my test order for two Orange extra light bands to review what the quality, durability and stretching performance was before I placed a larger order. I ordered the 32” bands by mistake and wanted the 37” bands but it was too late to cancel the order but I’m so pleased that things turned out the way they did. The.bands are outstanding in everything that I was looking and beats UnderSun by a mile, In actuality, the 32” bands provides a greater resistance so I'm staying with them, I just ordered the Purple and Red bands that will be arriving tomorrow.

Well made, more aggressive strength profile than cheaper bands.

We do a lot of band work for finishers and off day stretching. This is a nice size for exercises that require tension over a wide range of motions- like band wood chops. A good tool to add to the workout arsenal

It's very hard to tell from the photos, because there isn't really any scale to look at. I wasn't expecting this. The Yellow band is HUGE, yes it's only the 32" version, which I expected, but it's THICK and WIDE. I can't move it. It's VERY strong. Heck, after it arrived, I ordered the remaining bands in the set in 32 inches. I can't even use the black and green - the blue is plenty for me.

I use several of these resistance training bands for training multiple times per week. I have seen no fraying or integrity loss in the 3 years that I have been using them. I would recommend them to others and I am highly likely to purchase them again when needed.

I previously use 41 inch loop bands, and 5’9” these bands have resistance very early, I’m probably on the higher end for use of these bands but they are damn effective

Serious Steel has such good quality bands. With the different lengths I have actually switched mostly to using bands rather than weights and have actually gained muscle using them, which surprised me after weightlifting for over 40 years. Pair this with a good short bar and you have a gym you can take anywhere. This one was a replacement band for one I had previously, but that band was used for 4 workouts a week for a year and a half before it started showing wear and tear.
