CISSP (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional Official Study Guide, and Official (ISC)2 Practice Tests Kit

Dated now that a new version of the exam is out, but the content was complete and easy to digest. The practice test were the most helpful in my opinion, as they helped you get ready for how the questions are the CISSP exam flow, and how they expect you to come to an answer. This was to me the biggest difference between the CISSP and other certification exams I have taken.

I am a CISSP and CISSP instructor. I recently used this book set for a class. It is a fairly easy read. Test questions are primarily to review materials covered in the book. There really is no great practice test material for this exam. For the price this is a bargain as material to help prepare you for the current or new 2018 exam. There is no single book solution for the CISSP. I you lack training, knowledge and experience before taking the exam your failure will not be the material you used but your unrealistic expectation.

The study guide, practice tests and the App Store download of the flash cards and test questions has provided me with a comprehensive study plan. Once I take and pass the certification exam I will know how effective the material is in terms of contributing to my success. In addition to this material I have access to 6-8 full 250 practice exams. Wish me luck. Testing in Dec 2017.

Very well done. Complete hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy reference and other fun things to keep your spirits up through the 1000 pages of just riveting material.

I know, I am a sick man. I read this book cover to cover and found it to be well written and an enjoyable read. I preferred this book over the All-In-One Guide. Passed the test on the first try.

Worked as expected. I read it and several other study guides... they all contain little bits of information that a different from other resources. Multiple resources are a must if you want to pass this test the first time.

The book is an ok read. I am almost through it now. I passed the SSCP recently so I think that helped me breeze through some as there is some overlap. My issue is more with the practice questions. There are many, many questions in the practice test book which are not based on the study guide. Domain 6 is the worst offender! I have searched the pdf download of the book for half the things which were tested in the domain 6 and they are not present in the study guide anywhere! Some I know from work experience but come on, one of two things: Only test on what you have presented for study, or, If the additional subjects from the practice questions are necessary for the exam include them in the study guide!

Aggiornato all'ultima versione della certificazione, descrive in modo chiaro tutti gli 8 domini della sicurezza. Insomma un manuale che ogni buon esperto dovrebbe avere a portata di mano.
