It is a good qaulity product and does run 8k 60hz it also runs 4k120hz fine, but when you go to 1440p it only goes up to 144hz which is great, but if you have a 240hz monitor or 165hz it wont max out your frames

For casual use with older TVs (not 4K/120Hz/8K), the extra specs may not justify the price — though in my case I’m benefiting. While four uses already show promise, longer-term durability and performance under heavy wear still to be confirmed. Bottom Line: This cable delivers where it counts: reliability and performance. Good price. Quality HDMI-HDMI cable. Both ends fit in their respective ports snuggly but not too tight. I like the smooth texture and flexibility of these nylon cables. They're much easier to identify and weave in and out of the jumble of cords that go along a computer tower, peripherals, modem, router, and other desktop electronics. I used the cable to connect a new monitor with the PC tower and the performance is fine. I like that I could purchase a 6 ft cable since I find that the standard 1.5 meter (59 inches) cables that come with new equipment are always just a little short and inconvenient when I have equipment pulled away from their normal spot in the workstation, connecting cables into their respective ports or trying to problem solve. Nothing is more irritating than maneuvering equipment around trying to gain a few more inches of slack when it could be so easily solved by just having a longer cable in the first place. Best money I've ever spent.
