Good product
Product quality is good. However size 4 is too small for normal use and didn't satisfy my requirement which eventually is my own fault. Go for size 6 atleast.

Capsules are not of good quality.
Capsules started melting, even when placed inside a container with 2 silica gel and kept inside cupboard, wanted around 200mg size but difficult to manually fill as its quite small, had to use a spoon to scoop the powder maybe size 3 could be little easier to fill. Capsules shouldn't have started melting because other supplements also use gelatin capsules which don't melt nor stick.
