I cannot see on Amazon what this suitcase weighs so I've just weighed mine, it weighs 5kg/11lbs which is lighter than my smaller Briggs & Riley hard side case (5.6kgs). This ZDX case has a single main compartment that can be usefully expanded, there is a small zipped exterior pocket at the top & a larger zipped shallow compartment on the lid of the case. Note the handle mechanism is outside the case so doesn't intrude into the bottom of the case (when the handle mechanism intrudes, packing is a real pain). The wheels have lasted so far but remember Briggs & Riley offer a lifetime repair warranty anyway. I also have a 56cms Briggs & Riley cabin suitcase which is equally great for trips.

The quality of this bag is exceptionally good. The design is also very good. I have only given 4 stars because there is no combination or any other lock on the bag. I believe a bag as expensive as this bag should have some type of lock fitted or included. For this reason, I have returned the bag.

Maleta correcta, de momento sin pegas. Supuestamente esta marca es super fiable y proporciona garantia de por vida (supongo en cremalleras, ruedas, asa, pero no temas estéticos), por eso el alto precio. Vamos a ver. He tenido Samsonite DLX y no resisten uso intensivo (problemas con cremallera y asa), espero que este modelo no me de problemas, y si los da que la garantia funcione de verdad.

This carry on, I hope, is everything that I need to put in the overhead. I researched so many bags. I like soft sided bags as it allows for expansion. It has the outside pockets that are convenient. Delivery was quick and packaged really well. It is made of quality materials and zippers are smooth. It rolls nice and there are packing sleeves in side, that also allow for compression. There are no roller bars on the inside. I like the looks of this bag. I purchased two. I hope it holds up as well as the Eagle Creek bags that I will now retire.
