Instructions were a bit basic, but once I figured it out. The pack works really well and connects nicely with provided screws to raspberry pi

Worked great for me. Pretty simple to set up the software and to physically attach the unit to the Pi. I like that you can easily swap out the battery for a bigger or smaller capacity one, or if the original fails. The unit supplies plenty of power - enough for a small 4 inch display, a fan on 5v and a couple of usb peripherals including an SSD

A few months ago ago, I purchased the PiSugar2 plus for my Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB, and it had worked great for my use case. Installation was simple, by simply orienting the GPIO pins from both the Pi and PiSugar boards, then placing the Pi on top, and using the provided screws to attach. It seemed to power the Pi reliably, even when using a small display and fan. The battery life was quite good, even in averse temperature conditions, and could last to 5-6 hours on a single charge. Solid build quality, and I really liked the modular design, which allowed the battery to be disconnected, replaced, and reconnected at a moments notice. The software has some useful features like battery monitoring and customising a couple of buttons on the board, although the server-side interaction on the pi was sometimes a bit clunky and buggy, so that could be improved. For anyone looking to make their projects portable, I'd say this is a solid choice -- the hardwares great, just don't count on their software. I recently purchased an additional two Pisugar 2 Pro modules, for a total of 3, all for Pi B 8GB's, which seem to be functioning without issue. I noticed was that one came with spare mounting screws, where the other didn't. This wasn't particularly important for me, as I haven't lost any and don't require spares, but does bring to question the manufacturers quality control procedures.
