will these plugs fit my grand cheerokee 2007 5.7 hemi v8

thay were the same ones that were in my 2008 dodge ram 5.7 took 4 hrs to change , no more misfre code

Do the spark plugs come already gapped

Just put mine in Saturday and they were off, I had to gap all 16 of them
