I'm not sure if I understand your question. It sounds like you need a hoist or crane that bolts in the back of your bed. They are fairly common and could be found on amazon.

The winch will use two relays. It does not have a solenoid.

Can the 92000 be run off of a 120v to 12v converter?

I would be leery of it because the 92000 draws a huge amount of current, even the smallest version would draw 50 amps. You would probably melt your converter under load. My lowest model winch melted a 50 amp on/off power feed switch and I had to attach the wires directly to the 12V battery.. JJK
