Is the Falcam 38 compatible with the peak design travel tripod?

The Falcam 38 plate ordered separately, and distinctly says “For PD Capture V3” will fit both the Falcam base and the PD Capture clip. The Falcam 38 plate that comes with the Falcam base/plate kit will not fit in the PD Capture clip. The PD plate that comes with the PD Capture clip will not fit in the Falcam 38 base.
