Absolutely great product great at releasing tight pelvic floor muscles which lessens pain very useful if you suffer with hip or lower back or pelvic pain try it out it will help might not be right for everyone but I think this product is great and recommend it.

Someone who suffers tight pelvic floor. This contraption has realease that pain. Wish o knew about his product years ago. Such a simple design but a very effective product. If your really right yes there will be an uncomfortable pressure pain but then the pain is gone same day or the next day depending how tight you were on the first place

I don’t think this tool is appropriate for an antenatal perineal massage. It’s too pointy and doesn’t do the right job. It might be good after the delivery to help other purposes but not before

This wand, under the guidance of my physiotherapist, helped ease a lot of my pelvic floor tension and dysfunction, and is very easy to use. It’s great there’s two sides with different angles to help get where you need to go. Recommend this!

Sotto consiglio della mia fisioterapista specializzata nella riabilitazione pelvica, ho acquistato questa bacchetta manuale della Intimate Rose e si è rivelata uno strumento terapeutico straordinario, un vero e proprio "game changer" per la gestione domestica del dolore.La qualità costruttiva è impeccabile: il rivestimento in silicone medico è incredibilmente liscio al tatto e scivola con una delicatezza assoluta, azzerando i fastidi durante l'inserimento. Il vero capolavoro risiede nel design brevettato dalla dottoressa Amanda: le curve e gli angoli geometrici sono studiati alla perfezione per assecondare l'anatomia e permettono di raggiungere senza sforzo e in totale autonomia i fasci muscolari più profondi e laterali, altrimenti impossibili da trattare manualmente.L'utilizzo necessita obbligatoriamente di un buon gel lubrificante a base acquosa sterile e richiede movimenti lenti e mirati: una volta individuato il trigger point contratto (la sensazione è simile a un piccolo nodo teso), basta esercitare una pressione leggerissima e costante per avvertire, nel giro di un paio di minuti, lo scioglimento progressivo della tensione muscolare. Il lavaggio è elementare e richiede solo un po' di acqua tiepida e sapone neutro. Costa più delle bacchette di plastica economiche, ma la sicurezza biologica e l'efficacia terapeutica valgono fino all'ultimo centesimo. Un dispositivo professionale che consiglio a occhi chiusi!

My PT recommended this. Game changer to help with pelvic floor issues. I recommend if the regular peliv wand angles don't work for you. It's stiff enough that you can bend it to whatever shape you need, and it'll function perfectly. Helped me a lot
