the product itself is a very good quality but I just can’t wear those lumbar boards, woke up in severe pain due to pressure and said that it! ever again ! …. it’s a second one I try, they always slide when you walk and sleeping on ur back with it is just a nightmare. Not for me …. front board is good but only when you’re flat laying, when walking, it pressure against your under breast incisions …. I have a shorted torso and that’s just not for me. I rather use foams all the way around.
