I would buy this if all the ingredients were listed and none were more objectionable than those of competitors. What are the inactive ingredients?

I doubt this stuff even contains the active ingredient. It didn't work so I bought a store brand at the store and that one worked on the same spot. DO NOT BUY. DUBIOUS PRODUCT!!!!

I am looking for a cortisone cream without petroleum. No inactive ingredients listed on the box. Can someone tell me if the insert lists it.

Try Aveeno Cortisone Or Eucerin Cortisone. I have the same issue. These off-brands are dangerous if you have a dermatological problem, as the ingredients are usually multiple petroleum based products, lanolin etc. which irritate and cause itching if you are sensitive. They are only listed on package insert.

Looking at the list of inactive ingredients, it does contain mineral oil. "Both are derived from petroleum. But they are NOT the same thing as petroleum. PETROLEUM is a liquid found in sedimentary rocks below the earth's surface. ... Mineral oil and petrolatum are formed by the distillation of petroleum." I hope this helps.
