does these dimmable light bar good for my video conference?

The light has dimmable lights. They go from Led light to softer light to a very soft light. For video visit you would have to choose depending on sarrounding light. I only use the brightest light. Thanks. JRR

If i wish to install it under a wood kitchen cabinet do i just use installation instruction b or b followed by c?

B or C is depending on which angle of the lighting you want, they can both work for a wood kitchen cabinet. You only need to attach the 3M stickers to the iron sheets , and then stick them on the cabinet, and wait for a few hours before put the light on the iron sheets. Please note only the two top sides of the light have magnets, please find the right spots before install. .
