Es un juego de cuchillos muy comodo, ligeramente pesado del frente ya que el mango es de plastico, lo compre para mi mamá y le encantaron, facilmente podria decir que es mucho mejor de lo que podrias pedir por el precio, si eres alguien que quiere un juego de cuchillos para la escuela o la casa es mas que perfecto y ademas se ven muy bien por el acabado martillado que tienen, si eres alguien que trabaja haciendo produccion para un restaurante tal vez no sientas comodo el balance que tienen y pobrablemente debas irte por una linea mas profesional, ya sea victorinox, tramontina, mercer, etc...

As a Chef ive learned that youre either a german or japanese steel and knife design enthusiast not to say those are the only options and preferences but are the most prevalent (i prefer japanese). These knives are extremely light weight and razor sharp when they arrived over 1yr ago and are still just as sharp that you could shave with better than any razor on the market ( not suggesting that you try to shave with a kitchen knife though) with proper care and maintenance, the thin blade is perfect for all restaurant prep. and service tasks, the hamdle design is perfect for holding the knife with top safety in handling the knife in mind and feels natural to the point i have no fatigue or pain from it digging into my hand while using for hrs at a time ive had top quality knives from Shun and other major company's and Kai is right up there with all of them but for a small fraction of the price so if youre looking for a top quality knife that lasts and dont want to spend the money on a big name brand or just starting out and need a cheap knife set then anything Kai makes is going to be perfect for you i have had no issues with these knives and use them quite frequently to teach new and inexperienced cooks how to use safety and precision to create culinary works of art so the possibilities are endless in how to utilize the comfort and true quality of these knives

Un set perfecto, incluso si los quieres regalar, cada uno viene con su funda, son ligeros, prácticos, además de tener un filo espectacular, son ligeros , el mango es un poco pequeño pero nada a lo que no te puedas acostumbrar, aunque parecen de una calidad un poco más comercial, ya que he adquirido otros de la misma marca (un cuchillo) por ese mismo precio, son de bastante calidad. Me atrevería a decir, que la calidad japonesa se nota en todas sus gamas. muy recomendable.

Best knives I've ever bought in this price point. My boss has a set of the more expensive Shun knives he uses in the restaurant and the only difference I can find in using both is the handle material. I will be ordering another set to keep at home.
