For a while I'd been looking for some pans that can go from the stove into the oven (for duck breast, tarte tatin, etc.). They're quite difficult to find - and jolly expensive - because generally the handles are plastic. I liked the idea of cast iron - a traditional, long-lasting material. I remember my granny had a set!I thought I'd have to pay a fortune, and so I was a tad sceptical about these because they were a lot cheaper than I'd envisaged paying.Actually, they're fabulous. Totally non-stick (though you must treat them with love: don't fling them in the dishwasher).Also, they're absolutely fantastic for steak. Heat a pan till it's scary-hot, then rub the steak with oil and plop it in. Once it's beautifully charred on both sides, turn down the heat till it's cooked to your liking, flipping from time to time. You'll never grill a steak again!Highly recommend these!

These pans are great value for money, so pleased with them I am going to purchase a second set for my caravan.Easy to use and clean you have to remember the handle gets hot and to dry them in a hot oven to keep them in good condition

There is a reason why these cast iron pans have stood up to the test of time. They are great to use if a little bit heavy. However, it means that once heated up, they retain their heat in a stable temperature. They are preseasoned so do not stick. I love that you can just put these pans straight into the oven from the hob for roasting. Makes you feel like a chef in a restaurant! They are easy to clean. You definitely need to dry thoroughly afterwards though to avoid rusting.

Based on reviews, I purchased to use in our pizza oven, followed the instructions and seasoned before use.The photo is after it’s been used once and thoroughly cleaned...a lot....in order to try to clean it properly....clearly not fit for a pizza oven and I would question anything else based on the state it’s been left in after two chicken breasts & a burger!I’ll now be investing in a more expensive one so trying to save money here was a complete waste of my time and money!

Friture :les aliments restent collés ,dommage.

Son muy pesadas, pensé que eran antiaderentes, pero quise hacer un pescado a la plancha y tuve que arrancar, literalmente, los pedacito de la sartén. Tienen un tacto rugoso y me es imposible sujetar la sarten, con una sola mano, de lo pesadas que son.

Las comida se pega y hay que rascar muchi para sacar lo quemado luego el mango al ser de hierro quema muchísimo, no me han gustado nada, 44 euros a la basura.
