How long can this product be used, is it easy to be damaged by water?

They are a very thin plastic so they can handle water for any amount of time. As long as it’s put inside the hard tray like they’re meant to be used to cover it. We were even able to peel the paint and then reuse after it had dried on them.

Are these paint tray liners made in China?

Yes I believe they are saying to be larger than my paint band didn’t like them

Would it fit Wooster trays from Home Depot?

Not exactly. They didn't fit into the form of my tray but they were sized correctly and with the savings considered I would say it is worth it.

Do these fi into a pan? Which pan do they fit?

The ones I bought were pretty strong and I didn’t use a pan. I used them for light touch up with a 4” roller.
