When using wired it charges. Also says they have an intelligent lithium battery so shouldn’t over charge.

Having issues with charging and them not connecting to icue or my playstation using the usb stick please advise

I'd definitely suggest pairing them again. In ICUE, you can click on the usb stick and go to its device settings, after this it will give you the option to pair again with the headphones.

I have heard you can connect these to pc via wired usb and connect to a mic interface using the 3.5mm at the same time. Is this true?

Yes the Package contains everything you need, Mike Usb lead for charging and the usb wirless addapter for pc

Is the side tone any good? And does it work without the software installled?

I didn’t like the side tone at all, I still felt like I was talking too loudly because I couldn’t hear myself with it all the way turned up. The software is kind of bad too, it doesn’t have many options at all. I returned mine - better options out there for the price. (Mine was also faulty and the range was like 2m and it would disconnect) - not sure if it worked without the software either.
