I'd like to think of myself as a lip balm connoisseur and I've definitely tried my fair share of products to make my lips soft and moisturized. I still hadn't found that holy grail product to grant me my wishes, so I searched google "best lip balms" and came across an article that rated this as #1. I immediately went onto amazon and bought a bundle. I'll give you a synopsis of why this is my favorite so far (I plan on trying all the other beessential lip products soon)1. It doesn't give that fake-super-smooth-oily payoff once you apply it (you all know what I'm talking about. That rotten looking glossy feel.) It's thick, SUPER moisturizing, buttery, and expensive feeling. Your lips really absorb it.2. I'm a Lip Licker Addict and should go to meetings to get help for it. No but seriously, I lick my lips to the point of it annoying people. I think it's a tick, I'm not sure. But if I have any other lip balm on my lips other than this one, with one lick the balm will be GONE. Not with this! It stays put! MY DREAM COME TRUE!3. The ingredients. I mean take a look at them for yourself. Bees wax, coconut oil, shea butter, olive oil, lavender and lemon oil (hence the name, duh.) I took a look at my old lip products (that have now been tossed in the bin) and couldn't believe the ingredient list... take a look at them for yourselves. I couldn't even pronounce half of it.4. It's dirt cheap for an amazing product. Just buy it. You won't regret it.5. It smells SO good. I haven't met a person who doesn't like the smell of it. The lavender scent is soothing, yet the lemon is refreshing.Basically, I think God made this product and I feel like I should shine some light on this heavenly, righteous lip balm. Just kidding, the bees helped make this. THANKS BEES!Have I convinced you to buy this product yet?

Originally I ordered this product almost a month ago. (I ordered a two-pack of the lemon lavender lip balm.) Upon receiving it, I was really disappointed. The smell was definitely off, there was some lemon but no lavender scent at all and it had an overpowering smell of beeswax (?) I guess that's the best way to describe it? But it was pretty unplesant. The actual texture of the product was very dry and difficult to apply. But based on other reviews, I knew there had to be something wrong with the particular batch I received. Which is absolutely understanding, when products are homemade there's possibility of having variation and sometimes just a bad batch!HOWEVER,I got an email a few days after receiving the package asking if I was satisfied with the product and I explained to them the issues I had with my batch. The woman I was emailing was more than understanding and SO sweet and immediately offered to send me a new batch of the lemon lavender, along with some other lip balms to try.About four days later I got my new order! I ended up receiving my original purchase (2 lemon lavender), honey balm, lime and coconut, orange ginger, and cinnamon and clove (1 of each). And I have to say, they are all amazing products. They all smell AMAZING and they all smell accurately to what they are named, so no surprises or disappointments there. The texture feels soft melts and absorbs into your lips so well, and does not at all feel greasy. My lips feel extremely hydrated and I have zero complaints since getting these new products. I definitely believe the first batch I got was just a formula mix up! So no big deal.In all, this company provides amazing customer service, has great products to offer and is definitely worth your time and money (especially with how awesomely priced everything is!). I had a great experience buying from beessential. I'll definitely purchase more lip balms when I start running out of these!

This stuff is amazing. I had seriously dry, chapped lips for about 6 months. I blamed the dry cold winter in Vegas, but when Spring started and my lips weren't healing, I knew I needed more. I literally tried every brand you can think of, expensive, cheap and middle priced. Nothing was working, or even helping. I couldn't even go 10 minutes without having to reapply. My lips were on fire!I read about this stuff online, and thought I would give it a shot. It arrived quickly in the mail and in great packaging to avoid damage. I immediately put some on and noticed the consistency was nice. It was thick, but not too thick. It's not greasy at all, it's more waxy, but in a good way. It has a nice smell and even tastes pleasant. I may have reapplied a few more times throughout the night (probably more so from habit), but when I work up the next morning there was a dramatic difference. My lips felt smoother and they weren't burning. I used this stuff a few times throughout the day, but nothing like I was using before. By the second day my lips were 100%. No cracks, flakes and the best part, no burning. I now keep a tube of this stuff on me at all times. I only feel the need to apply it maybe 3 times per day, and my lips are in perfect condition.So happy I found this stuff, it really saved my lips!!
