After learning about the benefits of drinking alkaline water, I decided to invest in a good water pitcher. After doing much research and comparisons, I settled on EHM. They seemed to have a more superior product across the board. The pitcher arrived promptly and was very easy to assemble. You want to snugly fit the filter into the base of the reservoir. Use a little force and make sure that it fits nearly flush to the base so that water only goes through the filter. And that's it. Honestly, I never drank the recommended 8 cups per day because I find your run-of-the-mill water tastes rather bland, flat if not a little unpleasant. (I live in the city and am subject to municipal water treatment). Surprisingly, the filtered water by EHM tastes awesome! It has a silky, smooth and round quality to it. Almost reminds me of well water. It takes out the sharp and sour notes of my normal filtered water. Very happy with it. The pitcher itself looks attractive, light in weight yet sturdily made. It is also deceptively voluminous. It doesn't look that big, yet it holds over 3 liters of water. Drink one of these a day, and you pretty much hit your daily water requirement. I had some trouble with the cap and called the company. They were very responsive and resolved my issue right away. So not only am I happy with purchase, I am pleased with the interactions I had with EHM as an organization. Overall, great product. Works well. Looks awesome. I am happy with the purchase. And I am well on my way hit my daily water intake.

I am going to be honest, I thought this wouldn't be as good as the ice mountain bottles water I buy. Well to my surprise this thing works and it works good for me, I feel it up about 2 times per day, it's just 2 of us in the house. It says it lasts 6-8 weeks depending on use. Guess what, I left my filter out and only had the one and didn't want to put it back in the fridge to drain because of fear of bacteria, until my new filters would come. Easy to clean the picture, I did it by hand not sure if it's dishwasher safe or not. I tried my old bottles I've mountain water, it IMHO tasted worse than my EHM filter water, I can't go back to the bottled water. I live in the St. Louis, Mo and they say we have some of the best water in the country, but it's horrible straight out the faucet. Our water without the filter has a terrible chlorine taste, I run it through the EHM pitcher and it's delicious. I don't know about other filters but this one for me works great 👍🏾. I recommend this water pitcher and it's cheaper than my bottled water and if not it costs about the same and tastes better. I don't have to worry about plastic contamination from the plastic bottles, or some leaking when I get them home. Just more convenient for me. It says it removes solids, lead, and other things in the water. I can't say about that, but will remove chlorine and make the water taste good for sure. Oh and it's supposed to make the water a higher PH which is a plus. I don't have a way to measure that, but I can tell the taste and it's way better than my bottled Ice Mountain water.

I drank bottled alkaline water previously. While visiting a friend, they noticed and suggested trying the water from their Ehm pitcher. It was even better than the bottled, so I purchased a pitcher for myself. I drank quite a bit of water previously, but I drink even more since receiving my Ehm pitcher. I consistently drink 2 pitchers a day. No exaggeration. I just love the fresh, clean taste. I definitely recommend.

I’m pretty happy with my decision choosing the EHM Alkaline pitcher out of all the other gazillion alkaline pitchers! I’ve had this for about a week now and so far so good! With it being my first Alkaline pitcher I do not have a ph tester just yet so I don’t know the ph level. I found this one to be the best for me personally. I think it’s a good price for the size/ amount of water it holds. Not too big but not too small either, it’s just right! Lol. Pro- The water filters through fast!! Pro- it’s just a very nice/clean looking water pitcher in general. I use the tap water from my kitchen sink and I really wasn’t sure what to expect the first time trying it but after it filtered through, I was completely shocked at how good the water tasted! The alkaline water tasted so clear and airy if you love water then you know what I’m talking about.. Literally so refreshing! I am still able to reach my water goal daily with this pitcher but in the future I will get a much bigger one or the one that goes on my actual sink, only reason is because I do fill it up a lot during the day, everyday, but like I said, it’s perfect for now and it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. Pro- the EHM alkaline filter has calcium,magnesium,potassium that are added into the filter. Con- One thing I do wish is that it showed when to replace the filter like some other pitchers do. So with this one, I do have to remember to keep up with when I need to replace it which isn’t a problem it’s just something that would have been nice to have. Con- Before buying I did read a lot of reviews about the lid falling off, it obviously fits, it’s just not a super snug fit, so that it is true, but I just make sure I’m holding the handle with my thumb above the handle pressing forward to help secure it and that has worked! No more wasted plastic water bottles and drinking dull water.👏🏼 I appreciate the honest feedback from people on here S/O to yall for taking the time to give a personal/honest review to help someone like me before buying. Nothing worse than wasting your money or going through the hassle of returning a product which isn’t a huge deal but it’s just the point. I received my pitcher yesterday and I love it! Very easy to use. I can really tell the difference. No smell in the filtered water and I can really taste the difference. Customer service was amazing. They responded to my questions immediately. I’m going to purchase another 2 for my kids.

Please do not buy. i recieved completely broken item, when I returned it I was not getting any refunds or any information related to refund also.I had to struggle a lot by raising issue through various platforms. Then I got partial refund only. Still struggling with full refund. It ate more than a month.

This water jug and filter is excellent. I used it to reduce hyperacidity and along with the natural medicines I was already taking, experienced a quick improvement within a week. And the water tastes great, (unlike some filter jugs) - softer, sweeter and most importantly, less acidic! The water filters through quickly and the jug has a large capacity. One tiny thing to look out for is that the lid is not super tight - but just putting your thumb on it when pouring out is enough to solve this very minor thing. Highly recommended.
