Soft Wintergreen Candy Mint Puffs, Individually Wrapped, 52 oz tub

Great candy and wonderful wintergreen flavor. They're definitely more expensive than we want to pay but buying them here is the cheapest price we have found anywhere. They're full of sugar and a guilty pleasure, but they melt in your mouth and you definitely don't have to worry about breaking your teeth.

These have more flavor than the peppermint ones do. So yummy, keep them in my purse. They came is a resale plastic tub so I keep them in that. They are fresh, quality good as well as texture. Nothing artificial about these.

Not allowed to buy these again b/c they are so nice texture wise. I couldn’t stop eating them. The wintergreen flavor is not quite as strong as i like tho. If i had some self control i would try the cinnamon ones.

The taste & texture were very nice

These are really tasty, but need a little more flavor as they are very subtle. An enjoyable snack when you need something a little sweet.

I’m really disappointed with the Wintergreen flavor. I’m a huge fan of the peppermint candy puffs and have been buying them for years, so I was really excited to try the Wintergreen and expected to love it just as much. Unfortunately, the Wintergreen barely tastes like wintergreen at all. I was expecting that strong, cool, refreshing wintergreen flavor, but instead I found the taste very weak and underwhelming. I was also really interested in trying the Blue Raspberry and Cinnamon flavors, but after being so disappointed with the Wintergreen, I’m now hesitant to spend the money on the other flavors. As a longtime customer who absolutely loves the peppermint candy puffs, I really wanted to love these too. Unfortunately, the Wintergreen just did not live up to my expectations.

I bought these as a change for my husband who has small bowel cancer and was eating the peppermint flavor candies because they melt in your mouth and does not cause any obstruction. They taste good, but when I went to put a second batch in our candy dish, all of a sudden many of the candies were sticky on the outside. I realized one of them was gelled on the inside and apparently oozed out onto the other candies wrappers. I threw it out and then wiped down the “good” candies. Then when I grabbed another handful, some more were sticky. So I went ahead and started going through the entire container and there were four different melted candies throughout the container. (I did not dig the first one out of the bottom of our trashcan) So I ended up hand wiping about 40 of the candies. Not something I planned to do at 9 PM the night before he goes through his next chemo round. There were also a few unwrapped, which of course went right into the trash. Just frustrating.
