It is cinnamon. What more can I say? Oh, it comes in a lovely large container and can be re-used if you are one of those people that re-uses things.

I've always used this brand. Don't usually purchase through Amazon.

We use alot of cinnamon in our house, a personal favorite is cinnamon toast! Lots for the money compared to the grocery stores!

I use a lot of cinnamon in baking because I can cut down on sugar amounts by upping the amount of cinnamon. This brand (McCormick) is as good as any brand I've tried. When it's time to buy more, I'll purchase again.
