My daughter has been wearing this charm every day for one month, today. She just sent me a picture showing that the “butt” of the charm came off. She has no idea where. There is zero way for me to contact anyone. A $75 charm that breaks after one month is unacceptable. I tried exchanging it but since it’s been 30 days, Amazon said they can’t do anything.
