I have a rather large list of medical issues with a large amount of comorbidities and one of the main causes of a very large amount of my discomfort and debilitating states stem from inability to process and break down many different forms of nutrients etc. Using this supplement alone made such a drastic improvement in my overall life after I got the supplement integrated into my system. This product is awesome. I’m having such great results from taking it regularly that I’ve gotten a few of my family members to start taking it too. If I don’t have actual ADHD, I have several of the symptoms. Before I started taking this, I lacked motivation and was overwhelmed with general house keeping tasks. I got things done but it really took awhile. Now I’m motivated to get things. I’m cleaning out clutter and have even gotten back to sewing. Try this product, it’s worth it!

This is a great product & will help with your low energy if you have a B12 deficiency. I have taken this product per my doctors recommendation and it does everything that it is supposed to as I have the blood tests to prove it's effectiveness. Great product & no side effects for me when taken.

This has been the best purchase I ever made on Amazon. I heard about this product from a doctor on a radio talk show. He indicated a lot of issues women had when they age is low folate which regulates mood and a variety of other issues.
