WORKED FOR ME
Product arrived on time and well packaged. I used it to remove a couple of chips at the rim of two glasses that were a bit sharp. The tool did a nice job and I am satisfied with the results. Yes, the repair is noticeable, but it was better than scrapping glasses that we liked.

I like that the file is retractable. It does take a little time to get the chip smoothed but I have never used one of these files. It was a good value.

I got a "Grandpa's Sippy Cup" for Christmas and the rim got chipped. This tool did a nice job taking off the sharp edges. Very good value.

Good option so save sharp/chipped glassware...safety first!
I watched some youtube videos and was able to save my chipped rim pyrex measuring cups and corningware lids too....helping the earth and the pocket book :-)
