Plantar Fasciitis Heel Cups for Heel Pain 【Updated Version】 Protectors Sleeves Pads, Support for Spur, Women and Men (Black, M 5-8 / W 6-9.5)

I have akways kinda hate feet pain for whatever reason. I once heard a podiatrist say that feet aren't suppose to hurt & that shocked me that mine didn't follow the rules. I have fibromyalgia and my back is completely fused, so none-the-less my feet hurt. I now spend so much time in my bed because it’s the most comfortable place for me to be in as an adjustable, but my heels have really been hurting lately with the skin getting calloused from the cotton/linen sheets drying my skin out & I always am moving them to try to reduce leg/back pain. I’ve done “Baby feet”, put lotion on, etc & still suffering with heels touching sheet. I found these when looking at heel socks & loved that you can velcro them on rather than slipping on like a sock which is an issue when your back is fused. Also LOVE the padding under the heel! It does protect from the abrasions of rubbing heel on sheet, but felt even better when walking in them! Also fit nicely with shoes. It is a game changer for adding a comfort to my walk. I got the nude color so they aren't glaringly there when walking around barefoot. I was surprised on the package it said not to wear them for long periods and start with no more than 2 hours. I'm not sure what that is about. I've been able to continue to wear them without issue. 🤞 Just don't fasten velcro tightly. Aren’t breathable at heel, so can get warm. If these continue to do as well & holdup, I without a doubt, will order a few more!

Very well made. Very comfortable. It is helping my one heel as it heals. I would recommend. Works well with my dress shoes for daily wear. Good quality and cost. The velcro works really well. I would highly recommend.

It's only 3 days into my wearing the heel cups but so far they are helping to diminish the pain in my heel. The best result is when walking, almost all the pain goes away. The cups are made very sturdy. The only area I have is that I can not bend down to put them on but thats my problem not the heels.

The gel cups provided immediate relief and support for my heel pain and fit well with all shoes/ sandals, material stretchy. Perfect for walking around the house, too. At first, the gel felt perfect thick enough. It felt like good quality however after 2 days the gel spread and I no longer felt the gel, it became flat in the center .

I had very rough and splitting heels due to wearing open sandals exclusively. Put these on 1 day and heels were very noticeably softened and healing.

I bought these in neutral color (beige) bc the brand that works for me, Welnove, doesn't make them on this color. Tho the pics of items from thesec2 brands look the same, it turned out this item is badly designed. The straps go up from the sole at such an angle that when velcroed on, large pockets inevitably form on both sides of your foot. Returning.

Order these may 2 2024. They came quick and worked for what I needed. These really help bring relief. They do make it hard to wear certain shoes. Mostly I wear them when I am bare foot in the house or wearing sandles. Its May 8th 2025 and the bottom of one ripped and the gel pad became exposed. But they held up with pretty frequent wear. I really don't know how the bottom ripped, weather it was used error or just from (almost) daily use. Either way I'm very satisfied and have ordered more.

free of pain, thank you!!! have had heel pain for 2 weeks, limping and painful because of inflammation. today this heel protect arrived and I immediately put it on, the result is immediately pain free, walking without limping. an amazing gadget, simple, cheap and work well. thank you, thank you!
