can you install a 360mm raid at the top with an atx motherboard?

Technically you "can", there's youtube videos of people installing a 360 with an ATX, but it comes with caveats: You have to use zipties/offset brackets to adjust the position of the radiator since the default radiator position conflicts with the ATX motherboard. Lian Li may actually sell these brackets independently, but right now it only ships with the 011 air. You can search online for the various methods of installation. Even with the zipties method, you have to be wary of RAM clearance.

Would my corsair 750rm series power supply fit in the case or would i have to get a new psu?

This case fits sfx form factor psu. I got a Corsair SF750 for it. Had to move on from my old evga psu as it was atx form factor. I believe your psu is also atx and you would need a replacement sfx psu

what are the dimentions for the glass pannels?
