I thought it was quite good if a little bit sweet but you can add more water to adjust the taste. We had hotpot for lunch for 2 with half a bottle I imagine you can make enough soup base for a family of 4 easily with one whole bottle.

Great Sauce!

Just tried tonight. For the hot pot soup, this sauce and water is the only thing you need! Recommend use raw egg (whipped them evenly) as the dip sauce for the beef.
