We've installed this in our master bedroom. The day it was installed it was 27 degrees, less than an hour later it was 22 in there. Negatives It's pretty big It's pretty noisy It only comes with a basic window installation kit (as do all of them) It hasn't managed to get the room below 20 yet Pros It does what is says on the tin. It cools the room and quick It is powerful enough to cool our master bedroom and ensuite bathroom even with the exhaust out of the window. If the window was 100% sealed around it then the unit would be even more powerful. We've tried a few fans, an air cooler that was useless and this air conditioning unit is staying because it works

We bought this over the weekend and it didn't arrive until Monday (12th), but I got it installed that evening and it cooled the bedroom down perfectly, I don't think it can cool much more than your large bedroom really, but the bedroom was our main purpose for these hot stuffy nights. It cooled the room pretty quickly and before we slept we had to turn the unit onto fan and take it off the cool mode as it was pretty chilly. The fan mode then kept the room cool during the night. Definitely worth the money for the few months we summer we actually get. The unit is pretty big and heavy, the pipe and kit is really good, we had to buy a separate window sealing kit, which again done the job, I fitted this before the unit arrived and all I had to do was pop the exhaust through the hole and zip tie it up.

The unit is great so far although it could be a little cooler although its early days using it. It`s very easy to use either by wifi on the phone or using the remote control. The noise level is high, but at the end of the day its a big fan with aircon, we put it on before bed and if needed get a boost though the night. For those of you who are into home automation, it work perfectly with homeassistant and using the device bridge in Hubitat. Note I havent used any other functions on the machine such as de-humidifier, so jury out on that one. My gripe!, if you disconnect the unit from the power source, then the WIFI settings are lost and have to be re-set in the unit whivh to b honest is a bit old school these days, hence 4 stars, but for the money its a great little unit.

Stung twice, Devola 4-in-1 aircon In August 2024 I had bought a Devola 4-in-1 WiFi Air Conditioning Unit 10000 BTU, Portable Air Conditioner & Dehumidifier. Had problems with delivery like in delay and information not past on by Devola own seller to them and communication was impossible and just keep hearing about their company modular and nothing about their failure in costume services. When finally the aircon arrived it looked more like a second hand item and the blame was like always put on the delivery services and when plugged in the machine did not worked (no aircon), was not even checked when left the warehouse. I reported it and it was like selling a dead horse and first the not working unit had to be picked up and time went by I received a replacement which just stopped within my one year warranty, it blown my main house trip switch and showing Error code E2 and dead as a dodo. Now I have been told they out of stock for replacement, no fixing service offered or a replacement at all. As I have around two months warranty left due to delays in the beginning I was offered first £15 without returning the unit and than £30 with returning it. They will claim the full money back from the manufacturer and I receive nothing and I have to pay to depose the unit. I only used the machine for around one month as it got much warmer, not in autumn/winter/spring time. The consumer rights law states, fixing it, replacing the item or refund as it is not designed for the job. From not working to fire hazard. Date of experience: August 06, 2024 One year warranty means nothing and everybody washed their hands. Lost my money!!! Unsafe aircon, blown the main house fuse and the possibly a house fire. I had two broken units and my advise is, stay clear from the unit and seller.

Really like this unit. It's a nice looking unit - clean and crisp, so would fit with any decor and the top has touch sensitive buttons - no plasticky panel that wears with use. I'm using in a relatively large double bedroom and it's coping well, no need to drain as yet so condenser coping with the space and hot weather. Cools the space very quickly. I use the room for work and the noise level perfectly fine for me, not intrusive. I have ordered some headphones with a noise cancelling mic for when I'm on the phone for calls- just in case. The hose is always a pain, but necessary - the closer to the window you can position, the less of it you have to deal with. Overall very happy and would recommend. (10000btu)

It actually works. Fresh cold air. Couldn't be happier. You do have to.put the pipe out the window but if you get passed that definately get one.

Device definitely cools room but window attachment and exhaust hose are poor design. Would have been better to have 90 degree attachment at back of device so hose could reach up to high windows easier. Noise level is high but to be expected.

I purchased a pinguino air conditioner around 2 years ago costing £600 from Argos, these new homes are extremely warm, however we needed another machine, purchased this and I must say the £600 machine is nothing compared to this, this is a game changer, ice cold, remains constant and chills to a staggering cold temperature where u can see ur breathe INFRONT of the machine! Highly recommended and for the price I would highly recommend this! Hopefully it lasts us a good few years!
