I originally purchased this B vitamin at the Woodstock Apothecary , it is $2.00 cheaper here on Amazon. I have more energy now then ever before, not sure if it is because of this product or the Woodstock multi vitamin I purchased at the same time . I am now going to purchase my third bottle .

I pee very yellow so I am taking one pill every other day. I still have not tested for my B12 levels, so I cannot give proof of its effectiveness. However, I am not tired, which is the main symptom I get when my levels are low. This brand has consistently been good overall for other supplements.

This is a potent vitamin but not so much that it upsets the stomach. Just take it with food. Don’t be surprised when your urine is neon, that is normal with water soluble vitamins.
