Work Well!
What I like: They work well. Volume adjusts easily. Sound quality is good. And they are comfortable. Good quality for the price. What I found a bit frustrating: The cord is long, so if you move around, as I do, it is easy to snag on things and then the jack gets pulled out. BUT: THEY have a fix for this! There is a clip which shortens the cord, and this works. A bit annoying: Also the headset is adjustable, and over time the adjustment gets loose and does not stay in place tightly, so when I bend down, (while on the phone to pick up a dropped pen) the headset wants to fall off. In general: Great headset... For the Price! AND: I will buy it again!

Good Headset and Great Customer Support
Please note that this review is for the binaural headset version. Updated November 24, 2020 For anyone who looks at the comments and notes that the seller replies to unfavorable reviews, know that the seller is genuine and really tries to make things right. After seeing my original review below, they commented (generically) and I directly contacted them. First of all, all their email responses were within 24 hours of mine. And despite my stating I wasn't looking to return my headset, they insisted and sent me another pair. To my surprise, the second pair had much better sound quality. While not truly "crystal clear", far better than my original pair and quite good for this price-point. And they seem more comfortable too. So I've updated my rating to 5 stars - really 4 for the device and another star added for superior customer service. Original review: I had high hopes for these headphones given the mostly stellar reviews, particularly ones citing “superb” clarity and comfort. While the ear pads are soft and the headset is adjustable, it felt very tight (and I have a small head) and mildly uncomfortable. I don’t know if the band can be bent but I didn’t want to risk breaking it trying. The discomfort was tolerable but I would not want to use the headset for more than an hour. More concerning was that the incoming voice quality was somewhat muffled, almost like being under water. I could hear the other parties clearly most of the time but I would never say “crystal clearly.” My old, cheap Uniden headset has far cleaner sound. On the plus side, while I didn’t ask other parties how I sounded, they didn’t seem to have any difficulty hearing me so I think the microphone works fine. Other pluses are the cord is a good length, the in-line volume control and mute work fine, and the company includes one extra microphone and two ear pads. Bottom line is that this headset is serviceable and not worth returning but overall, I am disappointed.

This headset is too big for my small head..... BUT WAIT....
I''ve known for many many years that my head is a bit small for things. When I wanted to buy a had, I had to look for one that had a lining with a tie so I could make it small enough to stay on my head... ie, I have a small diameter head. I decided to try this headset because I neeeded a good one to help me while I was on the phone. The headset does its job well and I was very happy. But I had problems with the thing fitting comfortably, so I tried putting the non-functional side behind my right ear. But it started to cut into my ear.And by then, the return window expired on the older one. But it still worked like a charm, if I could only make it fit comforttably. But, like a flash in the night, it hit me... I need a spacer...I only needed about half an inch. So I started looking around the house for some of the more unusual items I have acrued over my "creatice" lifetime. Af one point I bought an angled piece of foam to put under my keyboard to soften the blow of my finger pad. Worked great for a while, but I eventuallly gave up on it. I even cut it up to use for other things, I took a small piece of the foam and put it under the top and that made such a huge difference, I knew I was on the right track. But how do I keep it up there without pulling my hair? I hav a very customized computer keyboard setup. It's almost too customized to explain because I have levels that I had to compensate for so that I could put "stuff" around me while I am in front of the machine. The soluton I came up with that was very low cost and works 200% better than just about anything else is, window foam insulation! My keyboard area does not move much and I have a "platform" area all around the keyboard where I cap put drinks and food and even paper stuff that I might need to reference while at the machine. And the sticky side sticks really well. And the height difference no longer exists. Sometimes I amaze myself. So, anyway, back to the headset situation... and do I have any left over weatherstripping ... huge sigh, I don't think so... then I found about two or three pieces that I were stuck together... managed to get about 3/4 inch off and put it on the headset...... and (I feel like Lucy from the peanuts strip) IT'S PERFECT!!!!!! Moral of the story small pieces of things can make BIG DIFFERENCES! I never thought this would be the answer to my prayers. Always think outside the box before you give up on finding a solution. WOW!

For 7 bucks more, much nicer than the single ear types and has extra ear pads
For years, I had a wonderful Panasonic cordless system with great speakerphones on the cordless units, but after 14 years it is failing. I have tried several alternatives, and none of them have decent speakerphone quality, so I'm returning to using a headset as I'm used to hands-free usage (I clip the cordless unit to my shirt!. In the past I've paid roughly $20 for the 'single-ear' versions where loop over the head just ended in a pad to hold it on and that worked well enough. However, for about $7 more I decided to try this unit as the ear padding is much nicer and it has sound in both ears. It works very well: it is more comfortable (the ear pads are much nicer), it's' nice having sound in both ears, and they even include and extra set of ear pads. I still don't like not being able to use the speakerphone functionality on the cordless headsets but if I have to use a headset, this is great value for the money.

Terrible sound quality
Bought this headset to replace the same headset I bought several years ago. Something has changed. This is not the same model (OLD: 602N HN, NEW: A602CP) and the sound quality is horrible. Very tinny, no bass, not pleasant at all. They seriously screwed something up with this new model. Will be returning.
