I wasn't sure of buying this brand because I never heard of it before. Was I missing out or what?! Regardless of brand, let's talk about the quality. The quality was good, better than what I expect out of an electric skillet. This skillet came with a lid, yep a lid. You usually don't get a lid with an electric skillet because most are sold separately. I like how you have to put the lid together after the box is open because that prevents the lid from getting damage upon arrival. I use this skillet for most of the traditional Asian dishes that requires the use of a skillet to eat seafood and meat while wrapping it with assortment of herbs and vegetables. The last skillet I had took a awhile for it to get hot and the setting was always set to 3-5, but around 3 it would shut off automatically and never turn on again until I set it higher and higher. That made my food overcooked. With this electric skillet, the highest I set was between 1 to 2 (not even close to 2 yet). When it auto-shuts for awhile, it'll come back on again. Don't think the product is dead. I guess it does that to prevent food from overheating and burning. The skillet is non-stick so I make sure I only use nonstick or wooden utensils so it doesn't scratch the coating. I waited approximately 10 seconds for it to get hot. It gets hot pretty quick so make sure you keep an eye out. When I'm done using this skillet I usually wash it carefully making sure the water doesn't enter the electric socket and if it does I wipe it down and let it dry completely. If I'm planning to use it again the same day, I just clean it by wiping it down. Overall, I love this product and I like how the company didn't skimp out on the quality of the skillet. It's a well-built skillet even though its not from a well-known brand.

Does not do even heating. Not a deep pan. I should have returned it but too much to ship. Not even good to make grilled cheese sandwiches. My first unhappy purchase.

Good, although it needs improving. The nonstick coating could last a lot longer. On my particular skillet it started peeling about 4 months after purchasing it. I also am not to keen on the fact that it cooks for a while, then stops cooking, then starts cooking again. Also, the hotspot is the center, be extra careful/cautious.

It arrived damaged. It had dents that did not appear to be from shipping. We returned it.

Thankfully, I got this for free. Used it to cook pancakes. Set it for 350°F. The outer edge, right on the money. The inside, from center about 5" diameter, was at 185°F. This is after 10 min of usage.

This skillet is absolutely fabulous, I just love it.I use it mainly to make breakfast in , but it also great to make a pizza in it.But also important is , and certainly to me being a senior citizen ,the customer care of this company is out of this world and old fashioned .Bangarang Enterprises, you are absolutely fabulous !!!!!
