DANGEROUS Hot water spurts from spout
Beautifully terrible. Esthetically pleasing but don't stand to close bc it shoots scalding hot water out of the spot spout. I thought it was bc i had the nerve to boil the water with the infuser in it, even though it's pictured to be able to do so in the advertisement but no. I even full it one Inc BELOW max and that doesn't help. I'm very sad by this bc it is truly beautiful.

Wonderful buy!
This electric kettle is beautiful and works perfectly.It came well packaged too.Made me a lovely glass of iced tea enough for 2 glasses.Only thing I think it needs is for the kettle to lock into place on the base. My overall opinion on this item is that it’s definitely worth the buy. 😃

Only lasted a year
My only gripe with this kettle is that it lasted only a year. Now I get a burning smell whenever I turn it on so it's no longer safe to use. While it lasted, it worked great and looks beautiful.
