Works as advertised. Once you use it, you'll never go back to manual flossing. Agaro seems to have a robust customer service as well. I had a charging problem with the unit. When called, they took a swift action for an immediate replacement as it was within the warranty period. This is what you want for electronics as it may stop working anytime no matter how reliable it is. I would highly recommend this company (I have a vacuum cleaner from them, too).

My flosser stopped working with in 2 months of purchasing. I raised the complaint with the company and I was replaced with a brand new product within no time. The service team was extremely helpful and efficient.

Product good. Doing what it is expected to do. First delivery was defective, but upon writing to Agaro customer care email, a new one was promptly delivered.

Easy to use, my first time using a water flosser its everything I hoped for. Clinics charge upwards of a 1000₹ for one time flossing this makes it convenient to do at home. Will update the long term usage but right now the product is sturdy, fit and finish is perfect, easy to carry on trips as the water compartment is detachable. Battery is surprisingly long lasting although does not come with usb c charging. Comes with 2 pressure settings and a pulse mode more than sufficient for deep cleaning. First time users like me might face bleeding gums but after 3 days usage it went away Use it like how you would brush your teeth, easy to hold and light weight.
