Makes my dark room bright! I did some googling as wanted to find a brighter bulb that looks nice and this does the job perfect!

I like the looks of it, and even better that for the look you are not trading of brightness or efficiency. I have it on a clear lamp shade, so having a bulb that is nice to look at is a big plus. It is plenty bright, the colour would be even better if it was a tad whiter, but not a deal breaker to us. Speaking of breaking, this is not glass, so won't break as easily. I haven't noticed any flickering. I can't comment too much on durability, it is rated for 15 thousand hours, so should be okay for a long time.

Great colour and buzz, proper vintage style

I got this light bulb just over a year ago. Used it in a cupboard, so lightly used. It stopped working now. I wouldn't recommend. Poor quality, not what Philips used to be. Also if you want to contact them about warranty... Good luck with that, wasting to much time with not much help from Philips.

I was initially pleased with this bulb despite it making a slight high pitched whining sound for about 30 seconds after turning on. After about 30 seconds it could still be heard but was borderline acceptable for me, though noticed easily by younger people. After approximately 18 hours of intermittent use the whining had become louder and also was lasting for 7 or 8 minutes before reducing to the almost acceptable level. Noting reports of early failures, I was concerned that the increasingly annoying whine may also be indicative of this bulb's imminent death so thought it wise to return within the 30 days for a refund. Video attached but the sound did not record that well. Playback volume may need turned up to maximum. Ignoring the whining sound, the light does seem equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, with the 2700K colour and clear glass bulb good for this particular room and shade. I’d viewed these bulbs before when priced about £10 so was pleased to see them for £5.79 and bought one. Perhaps the price reduction was for a reason. Due to my experience it only deserves 2 stars but if it had been a silent bulb I’d have given it 4, so will give it 3 stars.

Fantastic light bulbs and a very good price too

Très satisfait de cette ampoule Philips. L’éclairage est puissant tout en restant agréable grâce à une belle couleur blanc chaud. Elle s’allume instantanément, ne chauffe presque pas et la qualité de fabrication est au rendez-vous. Un vrai plus pour améliorer l’éclairage d’une pièce tout en consommant très peu d’énergie. Top !

Super passt und leuchtet

Curiosamente, forse per la forma dei Led che imitano i vecchi filamenti di tungsteno, questa lampadina - almeno quella che ho preso io - non emette luce uniformemente in tutte le direzioni, ma è più intensa in alcune è meno intensa in altre. La qualità della luce è molto buona e nel complesso mi sono trovato bene. La ricomprerei
