Absolutely perfect when in the wilderness and cannot take eggs with you. Taste was there as we made omelets and other recipes. Never ate straight up so not absolutely certain on taste. But everyone was satisfied with their breakfast. May think the can is bulky, but better than carrying 70 eggs. Even thought about use when egg costs were so high.

Several pantry sites, say that these are the best dried eggs available, so I spent the money. I needed a good tasting, easy to use source of dried eggs to complement my pantry shelf for emergency purposes.

Tast like eggs! Pleasantly surprised

I bought several of these, not because I’m stockpiling as a prepper - I’m not - but simply because eggs are one of my main staple foods that I rely on for nutrition, and yet, preparing actual eggs grosses me out. I’m weird, yes.. ok.. laugh… get it out of your system. But I wanted to put it out there, that if you’re thinking these will taste like eggs, sadly you’re wrong. They taste extremely different. They’re not disgusting, but the fact it, re-hydration and cooking this powder ends up with a food that tastes nothing like eggs.

Arrived in great shape. I remember when eggs could not be found on the shelves anywhere. Now I have a fall back if needed. Great price! Have not tried them yet.

Happy with what appears to be a great product. I’ve not opened the can, since it’s part of my “end of the world zombie apocalypse” food cache - but for now, I’m Happy with what I can see. No damage to can, easy to read creation & expiration dates!

I'm collecting an emergency food supply and this product will keep for ages. I haven't used it yet but have no intension of being caught out and starving.
