I was very hesitant at first to try or trust any powdered dairy product such as cream cheese; but not only was I surprised, I am extremely thrilled with this product! When first ordering powdered cream cheese, I ordered the smallest amount available from each of several companies, as I'm not familiar with any, to compare them. Altho I found all to be quite good for my different purposes, JUDEE'S brand powdered cream cheese was simply better for several reasons: the powder itself is fluffier & softer, almost creamer before adding liquids or mixing. Using their recommended ratio powder to liquid, as soon as I started combining it with liquid [1.5/0.5] using only a handwhisk to begin with, it mixed easily, with few lumps, and the taste was true cream cheese! After whipping with a stick blender for 2-3 minutes and refrigerating, I used it in some of my favorite recipes ~ turned out perfectly every time. And by it was creamy and delicious; real cream cheese!! For all our backwoods camping & fishing trips from now on we can enjoy taking cream cheese; it adds so much to so many recipes

This makes great macaroni and cheese with the same ingredients as the boxed mixes. It's just as easy as the box mixes except you supply your own pasta and you can tailor the recipe to make the right portion for your own needs without left overs. It is so versatile, you can sprinkle a little bit of cheese powder or make a sauce that is quick and easy to whip up, the powder doesn't clump so you get a creamy sauce to use for your own needs. Great flavor, great price and I've already gone through 2 bags and this will be my go to for Cheddar cheese powder. I don't think you'll be sorry for trying it.

Not that I make cupcakes or muffins every day, but the fact that I can have 8 minute cupcakes/muffins is an amazing thing to me! I use silicone muffin cups that make it an almost no clean up deal, too. So of course, once those cupcakes are made, I will need some icing of course...what's a cupcake without icing, I ask you? Having this powdered cream cheese and a bag of confectioner's sugar - I will often use a bit of powdered butter, the cream cheese powder with the confectioner's sugar and very slowly add a little cold water at a time, mixing the water in really well so that I don't mistakenly make it too thin to put on the cupcakes. Depending on the cupcakes, I may add a drop or two of flavoring - especially if I make plain yellow/white cupcakes, like peach or cherry. If I make chocolate, I have used a couple of drops of caramel flavoring - yum! That's why I love having this powdered cream cheese on hand (along with the confectioner's sugar) for fast and easy and very tasty icing when I have a hunger for some cupcakes! I haven't made this cream cheese up for bagels as I haven't made bagels in a while - they require some time and a routine (making the yeast dough, letting it rise, then shaping the bagels, then dropping them into boiling water, loading them on a baking sheet after the boil for their baking...so yeah, they are like making tamales - several steps to get to the final product, but of course, worth it if you prepare for the time requirement! But I imagine this cream cheese would be wonderful spread on home made bagels, but for me, the 8 minute cupcakes are my primary way to use it and I love the icing it makes!

Not a very strong flavor at all.

Makes everything have cheddar in it. Omg so happy with this no after taste no upset stomach. Will keep this restocked

This is a great product! When I read reviews before I got this cream cheese powder, no one had a review about using it as a spread on a bagel. I needed an option for single servings of cream cheese spread so i got this. This does work as a spread on a bagel. I don't like just plain cream cheese so I made the plain with the powder and added honey and nuts. It did the job. Is it exactly like fresh cream cheese? No. I have never tried a reconstituted food that tastes like it's fresh counterpart. It does satisfy my needs. Now I don't have to figure out what to do with an open brick of cream cheese when I just want an occasional bagel.

The price is reasonable and packaging is convenient. Powder itself tastes OK "as is", would probably work well on popcorn. But any taste completely disappears in any baking applications. I used regular cheddar (yellow) powder before with great results. I realize white cheddar has milder flavor but this just adds no flavor at all. Added 1/4 cup for a small loaf of bread and there wasn't even a hint of flavor. Just more salty. Will not repurchase.

Really good cheesy flavor....a little salty but tastes really good. Would definitely buy again.
