New charger works perfectly.
I want to update a review I first wrote about this product. The first charger I received didn't work but FirstPower responded to my review, unsolicited, and offered either a full refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement which was shipped promptly and worked perfectly with the two new batteries that were included in the kit. I now wouldn't hesitate to order from FirstPower as they proved themselves responsive to customer complaints while offering fair solutions to product issues.

Overall, a budget-friendly solution for long-lasting batteries.
The batteries themselves are very solid; well constructed and hold a long charge. The charger on the other hand is bit of a mystery. Lightweight fragile plastic with varying charge times. I've tested multiple usb-c cables with different output speed. 4-8 hours for a full charge is average. My charger now makes a rattling sound when shaking it. It sounds like something inside has fallen apart, but the charge is still working. Overall, a good budget-friendly solution for long-lasting batteries.

The clicker didn’t work - however, the seller went above and beyond to rectify this issue.
The clicker that locks this product in doesn’t work for the associating light. It falls off. I left a review and the seller immediately contacted me to provide me multiple options to rectify the issue and ensure that I am happy customer. They reached out to me, not only by replying to my review on Amazon. They emailed me personally to make sure that I was seeing the messages they were sharing. They offered a replacement and a full refund. With no trouble to me at all. I cannot thank your company enough for everything you did to rectify this.

Used once a week. Worked for 8 months only 😕
Bought in November 2024. Stopped working in June 2025. Stopped charging, blinking red lights... Considering that it's used only on weekends for church media work, very disappointed 😞

Perfect longer life battery for focus assist
This kit is really cool. It charges on either USB B or C and charges any battery of this size or style body. I like having extra time for my focus assist monitor by having these larger capacity batteries.
