Excellent for musicians for building and maintaining dexterity and independence of fingers, especially after some sort of injury. More for dexterity than strength in this 0.75-lb. version. Have recommended to others. Would buy again

I have MS and this helps me work my fingers individually but need to get harder resistance.

Good finger/arm strengthener
I have MS and although I do not expect miracles, I have found this item useful to maintain what little strength I have left in my arm and fingers. Who knows, in time it may well improve my strength. I feel positive using this exercise item and can see others progressing to more resistant models.

Gripmaster XX Light.
Very good piece of strengthening equipment. There's also a detailed exercise plan available for download in PDF format from the Prohands website, this will enable you to do the best exercises. All in all, a great product and I highly recommend them.

Gripmaster Medical XX Light - Gute Hilfe nach einem Fingerbruch
Er hilft mir wieder Beweglichkeit in meinen kleinen Finger zu bekommen nachdem er 6 Wochen im gips war, aufgrund eines Bruchs. Der Widerstand vom Gripmaster ist extrem gering, so dass sogar ein Kind ihn ohne Probleme drücken kann, was jedoch vollkommen in Ordnung ist nachdem mein Finger gebrochen war und ich ihn wieder langsam belasten -bewegen muss. Erwartet nicht zuviel von der Widerstandskraft, um jedoch wieder Beweglichkeit in den Finger zu bekommen ist er ideal.

If you have real problems where you have very little strength in your fingers the. This is the one for you. The extra light has a much higher tension rating.
