Hi. Try to adjust the flame intensity by pulling out the actual lighter from the case, and on the bottom where you fill up the tank, there's a small wheel that you can rotate to adjust the intensity, as standard comes with the wheel on minimum I believe for safety reasons. Can u fill it with just universal gas ?
