Gp1 Grips

Perfect fits with Shimano Nexus 7 gear for Masi bike. Yes, they are bit sticky but not so bad. You can clean it with alcohol wipes and fine. The grips are great, I love the way my hands rest on grips and very comfortable. Could be useful for a longer ride as well.

Recibí el producto nuevo y bien embalado. Pero cuando lo monté me di cuenta que en el mando derecho cuando lo aprietas a 5nm deja una brecha de 5mm entre el mango y el soporte que queda fatal a la vista, mientras que el otro encaja perfectamente. Se trata de instalarlo bien hasta el fondo y apretar mucho mas que 5nm para que no patine. El manual no esta muy bien explicado y no está en español. Por otro lado, los soportes no encajan bien en la Brompton y se salen con facilidad.

Very well made. The rubberized cork is wrapped around a hard plastic inner sleeve. At first I thought that would give the grip a tendency to slip BUT there are little soft rubber nodules molded onto the inside of that sleeve. Once you torque down the set screws on the end the grip is locked in place. It will not twist on the handlebar at all. The cork has an initial sticky feel to it, it is not like the dry cork handles of of a fishing rod or wine cork. The stickiness fades a bit after a couple days outside. The plastic sleeve has an internal stop at the end, you can not slide the grips on past the end of the handlebar. Comes with two plastic end caps.

Pour remplacer des poignées d'origine en caoutchouc et avec beaucoup de km, ces poignées Ergon GP1 sont parfaites. Il s'agit ici d'une référence en taille L pour des mains "normales" et surtout destinée à un guidon de vélo équipé d'un dérailleur Shimano Nexus (sans dérailleur). La poignée droite est donc plus courte (9 cm) car elle cohabite avec la commande de chargement de vitesses. La poignée gauche mesure 14 cm de longueur. Le démontage des anciennes poignées et le montage des nouvelles se fait avec une clé Allen pour le serrage et le réglage de l'inclinaison de chaque poignée. En effet, elles sont équipées d'un "plat" bien confortable pour la paume de la main. On peut ainsi incliner la poignée avec l'avant ou l'arrière de 10-20° selon notre position voulue sur le vélo. A l'usage, le liège Bio du Portugal est bien agréable au toucher et il ne se désagrégera pas comme le caoutchouc qui cuit en vieillissant. Enfin, les poignées sont plutôt jolies...
