Great qualiy for the money

The walnuts are very fresh. The only issue that was concerning was the long wait for this product. All in all, I highly recommend these walnuts! Great price and well packaged.

More than 1/3 of the bag were bad, old, black, bad taste

I’m not a lover of plain walnuts and am eating them as a heart healthy snack in an attempt to counteract the less healthful chips etc. of which I’m so fond. Having said (or rather, written) that I don’t love walnuts plain, I find them to be truly delicious when sprinkled with whatever seasoning strikes my fancy at the moment. I put my desired walnut portion in a baggie, sprinkle the nuts with whatever spice or other enhancement I’m in the mood for, close the bag and shake vigorously. The spice or other ingredient gets into all of the walnut’s nooks and crannies. I’ve used sazon, chili lime, my beloved Sabatino Truffle Zest & Cheese, and grated Parmesan and Romano. They’ve all been good, but the sazon and chili lime are my faves so far. More walnut culinary adventures await.

I generally like Happy Belly products as they are value for money, mostly. These walnut halves, however, I bought at the regular price and based on that, I would say that these are decent but on the expensive side. Here are some pros and cons worth mentioning: Pros: 1. The walnuts are of high quality and freshness, and they are packed securely to ensure they arrive in good condition. 2. The packaging is resealable, which helps to maintain freshness and prevent the nuts from going stale. 3. The walnuts are versatile and can be used in various recipes, such as salads, baked goods, and as a snack. Cons: 1. Some pieces have blackish color and feel stale, I would say 5% max of total are like that. 2. The price may be slightly higher compared to other brands of walnuts. 3. The freshness and flavor is not consistent. Overall, it is a decent product that offers good quality and versatility. However, there are some concerns about the freshness and quality of the nuts, which may affect customer satisfaction. I would also recommend on waiting for sale and discounts on this, which is generally often.

My spouse enjoys the crunchy nuts in between meals. I will add some to his muffins in the future.

There are two large bags of walnuts in the order. They are in bags so I will probably put them in jars for use and store one bag in refrigerator. These are fresh. I read that walnuts may be good for you so I bought some. Actually I need to eat softer nuts and these are chewable. They have no salt in them and taste good. These are fresh and a good value. These would also be great for baking. Update: They are selling this in one huge bag now. Does not matter to me because the value is still good.

I've purchased these in the past and was satisfied with the quality. My most recent purchase contained many nuts with shriveled, dark, bitter portions equaling 1/4 to 1/2 of each affected nut. I may or may not buy these again.
