I have tried two bitter melon products. One is powder you make a drink with, was so bitter, I gave it up. The other was this pill. I have read many reviews on this product with mixed results. I took with meals and didn't see noticeable results. I took at bed time with my Metformin; woke up with chest and stomach pain. So now I take one twice a day, two hours after breakfast and two hours after lunch. Seems to be working very well for the last week. Two hours after a meal before I take the pill I am at 140+. Before I eat my next meal I will test below 100. Be careful I have also had sugar crashes before I discover what worked for me. For the people that say it is not bitter, take the pill powder and let is sit on your tongue for a few seconds!

A1C results stay the same as before or after tanking Bitter Melon
I took 2 capsules a day for the last 2 months. My A1C was 6.4 before taking Bitter Melon. My A1C results stay the same at 6.4 after taking Bitter Melon. I will try another bottle and retest A1C again in Aug 2025.
