100% pure semolina!!
I have tried 5 or 6 different brands of semolina flour & they were all (mixed) have a percentage of white flour & didn’t taste correctly , then i tried natural’s semolina flour and it was perfect, the correct texture & the perfect taste like a pure semolina flour, pure semoline after mixing with water butter and sugar, when it comes out of oven will taste like butter biscuits with an intense flavor of milk powder… incredible!
