Yes, I use these for squats with the barbell all the time to elevate my heels. For deadlifts I’ve use the wedges the opposite way to elevate my toes/front of my feet while keeping my heels grounded (reinforces the hinge for better hip extension). I use it more for barbell squats than deadlifts.
