It turns out that for the elderly, three rocker switches and the one ring do not make for a useful remote. Remote control functioned worked fine with TV, BUT in just3 years the buttons become very hard to make work! We were having the press them several time to get a response. I gave up and will be trying a different companies products. This is hard to do as several companies use the same manufacture and only change the products label giving the same results - poor quality control or materials. The control that came with the TV is still functioning very well.

Better than the original remote that comes with my TV because it has actual buttons instead of just spaces on the remote to press. Only issue is that I can't get it to turn the TV on and off.

Very cheap quality plastic. Buttons gets stuck. Many keys don't work. And on top there is no refund. only replacement. What do we do if we don't want a replacement of such cheap product.
