Hyleys Slim Tea Pineapple

I am a 34 yr old female, 171lbs. I don't take any medication, I'm overall pretty healthy. I eat healthy 80% now. Before I was eating 70% healthy. I exercise 4x a week. Mostly cardio and light resistance. I've had digestive issues ever since I had my son 6 years ago and it's because my diet drastically changed when I was pregnant, I gained 40+ lbs. I ate whatever I wanted, most of it was NOT nutrient dense. I've been trying to clean my act up for years but the first 2 years were tough. I've lost 30 lbs since he was born and have struggled with the last 15lbs. During this time I've had hard stools, irregular bowels, and lots of bloating. The first thing I did was start to add probiotic to my daily consumption, that helped. Now I'm using this tea hoping that it will really flush me out. I got the pineapple flavor. I really enjoy how this tea smells. It smells like sweet pineapple. You can taste the pineapple even before you sip it. But when you sip it, it is a little bitter with the senna and green tea. But you still get pineapple so I appreciate that. I've had it for 4 days. I normally drink it in the morning because I want to know how it will affect me. I steep it for 8+min. On the first day I had some cramping, gas relief, and it sent me to the bathroom a few hours later. It was a normal bowel movement, not lose or watery. The second day, no cramping but it did send me to the bathroom, a little looser this time but not watery. The third day, no cramping and no trips to the bathroom. On the fourth day I went to the bathroom 2x. Both normal but the second one required a little push. So I drank a second tea in the evening. It seems like the dose of Senna is low in this tea so I don't think it is unsafe to drink one every day. What gives me that impression is how it has affected me. Day 3 it didn't send me to the bathroom and I ate the same on all days but it sent me to the bathroom twice on the 4th day. The bloating I was experiencing on a daily basis is diminished, my tummy is a lot flatter than it was. So I will continue to drink it. I'll post again after day 7. Be your own judge. Every BODY is not created equal.

Tea is delicious! Works very well for me with weight loss!

This tea says it will HELP you to lose weight, not MAKE you lose weight. Alongside having only one meal a day diet of mainly veggies, just a little cheese, and a little chicken or fish, absolutely no snacking, some light exercise, some green coffee and green tea supplements. I would say YES, this tea has definitely played a role in the weight that I have been losing. Which has been about 5 lbs a week for the past 4 weeks. It doesn't work right away for me, it takes a few hours. I can even drink it before bed and it will work in the morning. Also, one tea bag sometimes doesn't work so the next day I use two teabags ( a little cramping but not unbearable.) Always rehydrate, trust me. I used it everyday for a couple weeks and felt dehydrated and super thirsty. So, I would recommmend doing it for like three days straight at first to get cleaned out and then like two or three times a week after that. I think this tea is great! This is my second box of the pineapple one. I love it, it tastes and smells really good. I feel so great. I will give it some credit. (It's been harder to lose weight since I'm older. I am a rather healthy 34 year old woman, married with three kids and 20 more lbs to lose and these are some of the things helping me to achieve results. I hope this helps someone.)

The taste is not great add a little honey if you want but easy to make and drink - it works quick depends on your body very effective for me may work different for you

Delicious tea. I'm a tea lover but I hadn't heard of pineapple tea. This tea is wonderful. I have it daily and I can't imagine a day without it.

This is a great product good taste good value for the money and caffeine free

This tea will make you feel like you’re having labor pains. Some of the worst cramps you could ever imagine. Keeps me up all night running to the bathroom. Not only is the cramps pain level a 10, but it dehydrates you because you’re pooping nonstop all night throughout the morning ( make sure you don’t work the next day). Since you’re pooping so much you become very dehydrated. It’s often recommended to drink tons of water and electrolytes so you don’t end up with a migraine because let me tell you the migraines last all day long. I’m giving it 3 stars because it does help you drop the pounds but every time I drink this tea I instantly regret it within a few hours because the pain between the cramps and migraines is truly unbearable. It’s kind of scary to think about. If it makes you feel that sick, it cannot be good for our insides! But desperate times call for desperate measures!
