Can the product be used for broiling tempature for meat and vegetables?

I do not think you would be able to broil in these plans. They are only rated for 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) in the oven or grill. I think you would need a real tray (not disposable) to safely broil in.

Can these be used in the microwave?

No, they’re metal and could cause a fire

Does it need to be washed before using it?

I don’t think so. They were packaged in plastic wrap. I think it’s similar to aluminum foil in that you don’t wash that before you use it.
