ZUMBA Blitz Dance Workout DVD, Three 20-Minute Dance Workouts for Cardio Lovers

I love this video! I cannot dance. I have no sense of Rhythm. But I can follow the teaching in this video and learn the moves. I am actually enjoying using this video so much. If you wanted to learn zumba and cannot follow along in the gym classes or even most of the zumba teaching videos, use this one. It works. I, who am clumsy as an ox, am learning zumba and enjoying it and not having that terrible discouraged feeling during the lesson. Instead, I have a happy feeling. Also, one last bit; the teacher speaks calmly and clearly instead of shouting and carrying on like an idiot. It's a really good video if you want to learn zumba.

Fun exercise program

This is great for time crunched workouts, the 1st segment is the easiest, the 2nd incorporates some lower body, and the 3rd is the most cardio. With the audio on it's a little awkward as the instructors are talking over the filmed tape. It's still very fun and gets the heart pumping. There's a warm up, 3 songs and a cool down in each segment. I will warn the warmup for both 1 and 2 are the same but the rest of the songs vary. Overall great purchase.

Easy to follow exercises, provided good workout

Horrible video. It said I could refund it. So I did the same day. Why did I only get refunded $1.25? WTF. They said dvd was Damaged. That is a Lie!!!

Perfect and inexpensive. They are for my patient who is a picky old man and won't open his mail without one of these.

This product was a gift for my daughter. It came quickly and was well-packaged! she is excited to try it!

If you only have time for a 20 minute workout these are great! It takes a few times to get the hang of the moves but overall fairly easy to follow. Best not to take it too seriously...just move your body and have fun! It's all exercise! :) I enjoy the humour of the instructors and the variety of dance genres. There is even a mashup of salsa, Indian and country western that is pretty funny. It keeps me entertained. Good cardio and strength training via rapid repetitions of squats and raising your arms.

Great quick workouts. They include a short cool down which is nice as well. They are a nice challenge!

I love the original Zumba DVDs. This is simply awful.

Really enjoy Zumba Blitz! I like the fact that if I am in a rush, I can complete a good workout in 20 minutes, and if I have extra time, I can do two of the segments in only 40 minutes. I have most of the Zumba Fitness dvds and feel that they have produced yet another excellent workout DVD!

There’s lots of workouts and most are very fun little hard to learn but you sweat! There was two of the same workout out though 🤔 but worth the money it is fun!
