I was pre-diabetic for several years since I had my third child and this supplement helped me to lower my blood sugar levels. My doctor was shocked. She was asking me what did I do? Guys, the jury is out on the effectiveness of using any of the plants in this as a sole effective means of controlling blood sugar. For most of my post-30 adult life I've pretty much always eaten like a diabetic...ie: low carb, low sugar so in a recent checkup I was surprised when they stated that my sugar levels were elevated and they wanted to do further testing. Now in my 50's, it's more difficult to stay as active as I once was and I definitely can't keep acting like a young buck...Knowing that I had slipped away from my normal diet regime and had indulged over the previous quarter in some not so good for me foods which also added some more pounds than normal, I decided to give the Blood Sugar Support product a try for a month or two before my next check-up.
